Default Linear factorization and zeros of a polynomial function, including

nonreal/complex answers? The polynomial function f(x)=3x^4+8x^3+6x^2+3x-2
I have tried grouping and synthetic division, but couldn't come to a conclusion either way... I would appreciate some help. I need all steps shown please. Thanks!
