The genotype tells us the specific allele or part of the gene makeup. The phenotype tells us how those genes are expressed, like hair color. In other words you can have many genotypes for lots of things but unless it is expressed then it isn't a phenotype. That being said, capital letter represents a dominant trait and lower case letter a recessive trait. Because the genotype is Pp, the phenotype is said to be Heterozygous Dominant. If it were PP it would simply be dominant, and pp would be recessive. The usage of homozygous would not be necessary for the latter two. So your answer is Heterozygous dominant.

Is there more information to the question? You would need to know what the dominate trait is for the pea plant, whatever that is, it would be. If I remember, green color is dominant, but so is smooth texture. You would need to know what the genotype you are talking for is to get the phenotype for the answer.

Since Pp means that the dominant allele is present, whatever is dominant will be the answer. Hope this helps!

What is P? You can't answer this without knowing what characteristic P is responsible for.
